BOH Concepts was founded in Kirkland, Washington, on a belief shaped by firsthand hospitality experience: the guest experience is only as strong as the people delivering it.
Kelvis Quaynor began his hospitality career as a dishwasher and advanced through housekeeping, kitchens, and front-office environments within world-class properties. That experience shaped the purpose behind BOH Concepts: to connect exceptional hospitality professionals with properties that value service, reliability, and operational excellence.
Today, BOH Concepts supports luxury hotels and resorts across the Pacific Northwest, East Coast, Midwest, and Hawaii.
